Hidden Creek at Monroe Named Best Townhome Community by the Builders Association of the Hudson Valley

Monroe, New York: The Builders Association of the Hudson Valley awarded ON-SITE Sales and Marketing, LLC four BAHV Pinnacle Awards – three awards, including “Best Townhome Community” (51+ homes), were for Hidden Creek at Monroe, and one award was for Best “Salesperson of the Year.” The awards were presented at a dinner reception on April 13, 2010. Hidden Creek at Monroe, which began preview sales in Fall 2009, was designated as “Best Model Home” and “Best Community Website;” and Michelle Morgan was named “Salesperson of the Year.”

“We are proud to receive these distinctions of excellence,” stated Allan Leeds, a principal at ON-SITE Sales and Marketing, LLC, the community’s exclusive marketing and sales organization. “Hidden Creek at Monroe is a tranquil and beautiful place to live, and our award for ‘Best Townhome Community’ is further acknowledgement of this.”

Hidden Creek at Monroe features three separate model styles, Harriman, Tuxedo and Woodbury. The Association is affiliated with the New York State Builders Association in Albany and the National Association of Home Builders in Washington, D.C.
